Return Policy
At Mofajun, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. Whether you’ve ordered the wrong item or encountered any other issue, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your original order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Unworn and Undamaged Items: All returned items must be in unworn, undamaged, and resellable condition. We cannot accept items that have been used or show signs of wear.
Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, as this helps ensure that the product is protected during transit and remains in resellable condition.
Return Request Timing: Your return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received your original order. We cannot accept returns after this period.
Original Purchase: We can only accept returns for products that were originally purchased from Mofajun. Any items that do not meet this criterion will be refused.

Return Timing
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for us to process your refund. If it has been more than 20 business days and you haven't received your refund or store credit, feel free to contact us, and we will assist you right away.
